The vineyards are all certified biodynamic and a working cattle farm, hence always seeing a cow on their bottle. Another very cleanly made low intervention wine for the shop. Also suitable for vegans. Tart cranberry, pomegranate, and a hint of spice make this a really great chilled sparkling for summer. Delicious with chinese food or spaghetti and meatballs.
