We searched high and low in 2022 to find the perfect Franc, and ended up sending our vineyard team off with a trailer to the other side of Melbourne to secure this little parcel. A fun foray into a region we havent worked with before with a variety we know and love. The nose is bright & perfumed. Violet, blackberry, a little leafy with an edge of anise.
