FIN - 2025 Speedo Gris flavour_Tart 5 months on lees now100% Pinot Gris. A right maverick. More magic from Box Grove Vineyard, grown on the sandy soils where the whites thrive. Two separate picks half on Roussanne rootstock, the other on Cabernet. Some carbonic, some destemmed, all wild. Five days on skins, then split between old oak and stainless. Fresh, juicy, and totally unfiltered in spirit. Strawberries, nashi pear, mandarin peel and white florals lead the charge, backed by hints of Turkish delight,
