Sein Interesse galt neben Land und Leuten natrlich vor allem der Kche Malaysias, die wie die Bevlkerung ein Melting Pot aus den verschiedensten kulinarischen Einflssen ist: Chinesisch, Indisch, Thai, Indonesisch, Malaysisch oder eben eine grandiose Mischung aus
