Søblå hyacintglas fra Fyens Glasværk Øvrige smykker Stamped Arabia Made in FinlandHeight 21 cm. Hyacinth glass is an old tradition, originally from France. Queen Marie Antoinette filled Versailles with fragrant flower bulbs, hyacinths in specially made glass vases, with space for the bulb at the top so that it did not touch the water and thus went bad.
