Mitra serveringsske fra Georg Jensen, 21 cm. ØreringeLength 21 cm. Mitra was designed by Gundorph Albertus, Georg Jensen's brother in law, in 1941. Silver was in short supply during World War II, so the cutlery was made of steel, as Georg Jensen's first item. There have been close to 100 different parts in the production of this cutlery. The handle of the cutlery is shaped like a Catholic bishop's hat, a mitre, hence the name. Nice used condition.
