Verão - Brazil TYPE:CONVENTIONAL 5 gallon batch sizeThis single origin Brazil is a natural processed coffee with a solid brightness that really reminds us of summer, which is why we named it Vero, (summer in Portuguese). Differing from classic natural processed coffee characteristics, the acidity in this particular coffee isnt as dominate and comes through with a wonderful sweetness. It is an exceptional tasting coffee across all brew methods and especially recommended as an espresso.
