This is a tasty rascal and was a bit of a surprise when we tasted it

floral nose and a refreshing summer fruit pudding palate

mineral streak to it - very fine white wine indeed

This is made with local variety Castelao and it's light bodied and ethereal with bags of freshness and drinkability

flinty and with sharp lemon and grapefruit fruit tinges

Really delicious tangy

Cream Sherry is made by blending Oloroso sherry with a dash of the ultra sweet Pedro Ximenez and then aged together for a few years
