Komagatake Tsunuki Aging 2019 Size:Each 100% Riesling from the Bloomers'Distilled at Mars Shinshu Distillery in Nagano, then transported south to Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima for aging, experimenting with the effects of extreme changes in elevation and temperature on the aging process. Notes of toasted almond, sweet apples, and bright citrus complemented by vanilla and whipped cream. 56% ABV, Non chill filtered
