Demure aromas of freshly cut wood and button mushrooms are decidedly earth driven. Much more intense on the palate the flavors explode with toasted tobacco, sweet cinnamon, and background notes of cedar, finally finishing with roasted honey spiked grains.

The Bold expression in Jameson’s Deconstructed series is predominantly made from single pot still whiskey along with a small amount of grain whiskey

The resulting whisky has great depth and character and a drier

Made using a traditional family recipe and Queensland barley aged for 7 years in ex-red wine reconditioned French Oak barriques with American oak heads
