Rocim Amphora White POUILLY-FUMEA Portuguese stunner that sits dry and firm on the palate. This slightly fruity, consistently acidic white will go wonderfully with salty, pungent finger foods such as olives. On Portugal's south eastern border with Spain sits the wine region of Alentejo. Hot and flat, with sparse population and broad, sweeping estates.
