Each machine is entirely designed and conceived in-house by a team of specialized engineers, who, using state-of-the-art design tools and our research and development departments, pave the way for the future of button production.
Our expertise, combined with a meticulous selection of suppliers, shapes every single component of our machines through our workshop and various departments: we pride ourselves on being able to produce almost all components in-house.
Another flagship is our laser department, the first in the world for a button machine company. Since 1994, we have been producing laser marking and cutting units for our machines, as well as many other equipment that allow for customization and creative development.
Each function is tested and certified, ensuring optimal operation from the moment of installation at the customer’s facility. This phase may include dedicated training, either on-site or at the customer’s site, to teach operators how to use the machine or equipment.
OUR PRODUCT RANGE.
Our catalog includes a wide range of machinery and complementary products for every stage of the production process for buttons, accessories, and related products. For example:
- Automatic machines for the production of semi-finished polyester resin products, in sheet, bar, and washer formats, including auxiliary machines and tools;
- Automatic machines for turning polyester, galalith, corozo, horn, and mother-of-pearl washers, and related auxiliary machines for the production of tools and needles, complete with the necessary equipment for proper operation;
- Automatic machines for marking buttons, complete with CO2 or fiber laser units, suitable for customization and/or cutting;
- Programmable machines for finishing buttons by wet or dry sanding and polishing, including auxiliary products and auxiliary machines;
- Machines for dyeing buttons and accessories, including appropriate dyes for each type of material and desired effect;
- Automatic machines for sorting and selecting buttons.
